Established in 2016, we met in a yoga studio outside of Pittsburgh. After 1 year long distance we moved to Morgantown to enjoy all that West Virginia has to offer.

& Yoga was created to build community and help everyone discover their sole source of happiness.

We are here to create a space where you can show up with your whole self - the good, the bad, and the indifferent - and you are accepted and appreciated for all of it.
