Creating meaningful moments, relationships, and actions. Moving my body everyday. Visiting beautiful places. Making food and sharing it with those I love. Catching up with friends and family. 

As a dancer, I felt naturally drawn to yoga and had always wanted to try it. Each class felt empowering, leaving me mentally refreshed and reset. Every class, studio, style, and philosophical teaching I experienced opened my mind to all that yoga has to offer, quickly transforming yoga from a hobby into a passion. 

I practice yoga to stay grounded and feel good in my body. It gives me an opportunity to slow down from life outside of the studio and focus on my breath and the sensations within my body created through the practice. This intentional presence helps organize my thoughts, allowing me to focus on what matters most and show up as my authentic self.
