This training is rooted in the belief that yoga is a lifelong path of awakening. The intent is not to add more techniques, but to cultivate mastery through depth — to move beyond information and into transformation.
Our vision is to nurture teachers who embody authenticity, integrity, and presence. Through study, self-inquiry, and direct experience, you will be invited to teach from truth rather than tradition alone.
This program is both rigorous and devotional — a fusion of structure and soul. We hold the vision that each graduate becomes not only a skilled teacher, but a living expression of yoga in action.
The 200-hour training teaches you how to teach yoga.
The 300-hour training invites you to explore why you teach yoga — and who you are when you do.
At this level, the emphasis shifts from memorizing sequences to cultivating insight. You will learn to weave philosophy, subtle energetics, and mindfulness into every aspect of your teaching. You’ll refine your voice, deepen your practice, and learn to hold space with wisdom and compassion.
This training asks for maturity, curiosity, and commitment. It is designed not only to expand your toolkit but to support your evolution as a conscious guide.
This is a 12 month program that will focus on the following:
Advanced Asana
Pranayama & the Subtle Body
Yoga Philosophy
Tantra & Expansive Traditions
Advanced teaching & assisting
Yoga therapeutics
Bhakti & integration into daily living
