NEW MOON WORKSHOP

The new moon is when the sun and moon are at the same place in orbit. This is a merging of masculine and feminine energy, and its been said that this phase creates a connection between conscious and unconscious mind and heightens our intuition.

During the new moon circle, participants will learn about the Zodiac sign the moon is in at the time of the circle, how to work with the energy of the zodiac and moon to set intentions and how to continue working with their intentions through out the lunar cycles.

Aries season initiates a new cycle of the Sun through the Zodiac. During this workshop we'll practice restorative yoga, meditation, and journaling to help you tap into this energy of new beginning and create your own Soul Map (or Dream Chart) - a visual representation of your dreams and goals for the new Zodiac cycle.

Postpartum life and caring for a new baby can be beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once. That’s why we’re creating a space where caregivers can feel supported—physically, emotionally, and socially.

Join us for Baby & Me Yoga! This gentle and supportive class is designed for caregivers with babies 6 weeks to walking. It’s the perfect way to ease back into movement, rebuild strength, and foster connection—both with yourself and your little one.

What to Expect:

- Baby-Centered Approach
– Feed, soothe, or move as needed. Your baby’s needs and safety always come first.

- Positive & Playful Environment – Enjoy songs, playful language, and engaging poses that keep things light and fun.

- Adaptable Structure – Every class is unique! We adjust based on the babies’ energy levels and moods.

- Simple, Interactive Poses – Incorporate baby into movements, hold them close, or include them in gentle strength-building poses.

- Parent-Baby Connection – Strengthen your bond through eye contact, touch, and shared movement.

Each class is one hour, but you’re always free to step out, soothe, feed, or adjust as needed—this space is made for you and your baby. At least one caregiver per baby is required, but you’re welcome to bring a second caregiver to join the fun!

Introducing The Vocal Vinyasa
Do you love musicals? Do you find yourself harmonizing to show tunes in the car? Have you ever wanted to sing with a group, just for the sheer joy of it—no auditions, no pressure, just fun?

Welcome to The Vocal Vinyasa, our adult glee club —a no-stress, all-heart gathering for theater nerds, shower singers, and anyone who loves music. We meet once a month at &Yoga to sing our favorite showstoppers, Disney ballads, and guilty pleasures. No experience needed—just bring your voice, your enthusiasm, and maybe a little jazz hands.

This isn’t a class, a competition, or a performance group. It’s just a room full of spirited people making music together because why not?

Come for the music, stay for the community. And who knows? Maybe we’ll throw in a little yogi dance break.

Join us—because life is more fun when you're singing through.

Don't think you can actually sing?
Great! If you enjoy singing, you have what it takes! We'll go through exercises to get our voices going!

Don't like to sing in public? This is meant for people who enjoy singing. If you love singing in the car or the shower this may be your place!

Kasey Kesner is a lifelong performer, award-winning comedian, and seasoned yoga instructor with a passion for community and creative expression. With a background in theatre, improv, and music—plus years of experience leading groups onstage and in the yoga studio—she knows how to make people feel comfortable, confident, and ready to sing. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just in it for fun, Kasey brings the energy, humor, and know-how to help you find your voice and embrace the joy of singing together. And her daughter has proclaimed her a "really great singer."

Description: 45 minute practice / 45 minute leadership conversation

What is yoga and why do we practice it? Join Erica for a yoga asana practice where we will go over the foundations of our yoga postures and the foundations of yoga philosophy. A hatha yoga practice that will break down poses in a way that will bring a new understanding to your body regardless of your previous experience. This class will be start with a physical practice followed up with a conversation on how physical ties from our yoga practice contributes to the spiritual and mental ties to our life.
 
You will leave with access to a new level of your physical and philosophical yoga practice. 

Bring: your workout clothes and a journal.
This will be an unheated (but probably still sweaty) event.
