Therapeutic yoga offers a practice rooted in mindfulness that promotes healing and helps align the mind and body. Each month, we’ll explore a different theme, focusing on its physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Sessions may include gentle movement, restorative postures, breath work, and meditation to cultivate awareness and balance. Each practice concludes with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice that relaxes the body while the mind remains alert, integrating the benefits of the session. This practice is accessible to all levels—whether you are new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice through a therapeutic lens.
Recurring every 3rd Sunday, this month we will focus on emotional balance, supporting those experiencing the effects of stress, anxiety, and depression. Students will leave with tools and guidance to create a practice that meets them where they are and supports the healing of these common imbalances.
