NEW MOON WORKSHOP

The new moon is when the sun and moon are at the same place in orbit. This is a merging of masculine and feminine energy, and its been said that this phase creates a connection between conscious and unconscious mind and heightens our intuition.

During the new moon circle, participants will learn about the Zodiac sign the moon is in at the time of the circle, how to work with the energy of the zodiac and moon to set intentions and how to continue working with their intentions through out the lunar cycles.

This cycle, the new moon is in Taurus.

Postpartum life and caring for a new baby can be beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once. That’s why we’re creating a space where caregivers can feel supported—physically, emotionally, and socially.

Join us for Baby & Me Yoga! This gentle and supportive class is designed for caregivers with babies 6 weeks to not yet walking. It’s the perfect way to ease back into movement, rebuild strength, and foster connection—both with yourself and your little one.

What to Expect:

- Baby-Centered Approach
– Feed, soothe, or move as needed. Your baby’s needs and safety always come first.

- Positive & Playful Environment – Enjoy songs, playful language, and engaging poses that keep things light and fun.

- Adaptable Structure – Every class is unique! We adjust based on the babies’ energy levels and moods.

- Simple, Interactive Poses – Incorporate baby into movements, hold them close, or include them in gentle strength-building poses.

- Parent-Baby Connection – Strengthen your bond through eye contact, touch, and shared movement.

Each class is one hour, but you’re always free to step out, soothe, feed, or adjust as needed—this space is made for you and your baby. At least one caregiver per baby is required, but you’re welcome to bring a second caregiver to join the fun!

BABY & ME YOGA CLASSES

Join us for Toddler & Me Yoga! Our Toddler & Me Yoga class is designed for parents or caregivers and their toddlers(from just walking to 3 years old) to connect with themselves, the community, and their little ones. In this playful session we’ll explore simple yoga poses through imaginative play, storytelling, and songs.

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering emotional connection and relaxation. It's a wonderful opportunity for you and your toddler to develop healthy habits, enjoy quality time together, and create joyful memories on the mat. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your playful spirit and a love for movement!
