This once-a-month class offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness. We’ll begin with gentle, mobility-focused sequences to release tension, improve joint flexibility, and wake up the body. From there, we’ll transition into restorative yoga postures designed to calm the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Whether you’re looking to ease stiffness, support recovery, or simply slow down, this practice provides space to recharge both body and mind.

THERapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga blends gentle movement, restorative shapes, breathwork, and guided attention to create balance in the body and mind. Therapeutic practice is especially helpful for those navigating stress, anxiety, low energy, chronic pain/tension, or simply needing a gentler approach to movement. No prior experience with yoga is required. Class finishes with yoga nidra, a guided relaxation technique that supports deep healing and inner stillness.

A 90-Minute Restorative Yoga Session

Give your mind and body a gentle, spacious reset. This 90-minute restorative practice invites you to slow down, settle in, and unwind through fully supported shapes designed to release tension and soothe the nervous system. With props, soft guidance, and long, restful holds, you’ll have plenty of time to breathe, soften, and arrive in a state of deep ease.

Expect a calm, nurturing environment and a practice accessible to all levels—perfect for anyone craving a full-body exhale.

A 90-Minute Yin • Soundbath • Yoga Nidra Experience

Settle into deep relaxation with a soothing blend of Yin Yoga, immersive sound, and guided Yoga Nidra. We’ll gently open the body with slow Yin shapes, shift into a calming soundbath to support energetic release, and close with a restorative Nidra journey designed to reset the nervous system.

This nurturing experience invites stillness, spaciousness, and a full-body sense of ease. Open to all levels—come as you are and simply receive.
