Postpartum life and caring for a new baby can be beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once. That’s why we’re creating a space where caregivers can feel supported—physically, emotionally, and socially.
Join us for Baby & Me Yoga! This gentle and supportive class is designed for caregivers with babies 6 weeks to not yet walking. It’s the perfect way to ease back into movement, rebuild strength, and foster connection—both with yourself and your little one.
What to Expect:
- Baby-Centered Approach – Feed, soothe, or move as needed. Your baby’s needs and safety always come first.
- Positive & Playful Environment – Enjoy songs, playful language, and engaging poses that keep things light and fun.
- Adaptable Structure – Every class is unique! We adjust based on the babies’ energy levels and moods.
- Simple, Interactive Poses – Incorporate baby into movements, hold them close, or include them in gentle strength-building poses.
- Parent-Baby Connection – Strengthen your bond through eye contact, touch, and shared movement.
Each class is one hour, but you’re always free to step out, soothe, feed, or adjust as needed—this space is made for you and your baby. At least one caregiver per baby is required, but you’re welcome to bring a second caregiver to join the fun!
