NEW MOON WORKSHOP
The new moon is when the sun and moon are at the same place in orbit. This is a merging of masculine and feminine energy, and its been said that this phase creates a connection between conscious and unconscious mind and heightens our intuition.
During the new moon circle, participants will learn about the Zodiac sign the moon is in at the time of the circle, how to work with the energy of the zodiac and moon to set intentions and how to continue working with their intentions through out the lunar cycles.
Aries season initiates a new cycle of the Sun through the Zodiac. During this workshop we'll practice restorative yoga, meditation, and journaling to help you tap into this energy of new beginning and create your own Soul Map (or Dream Chart) - a visual representation of your dreams and goals for the new Zodiac cycle.
