A great yoga teacher shows up as their &’s - as all of themself in all moments. Our teacher training will provide the tools to help you do that. You will be safe, loved, and supported every step of the way on your journey to understand the powerful practice of yoga and how to share it with the world.
“ Yoga teacher training at &YOGA has been a life-changing experience. It has transformed my yoga practice and has given me a new way of thinking. I've learned everything I need to feel comfortable and excited to teach a yoga class—from foundations of yoga, sequencing, to learning who my authentic self is. Anyone participating is incredibly lucky to have Erica and all of the facilitators in this program. Erica is a phenomenal teacher and person, and these qualities are clearly reflected in the community that she fosters and impacts of this program. For anyone looking to deepen their journey in self-exploration or yoga, I cannot recommend &YOGA YTT enough. I have had such an irreplaceable, memorable experience. And I am incredibly grateful to have had it. ”
