SCHEDULE
& Yoga’s next 200 hour teacher training session will begin March 2024. This program will take place in our studio every Wednesday evening & every other weekend.
Weekend Dates (generally 9:00am - 4:00pm)
March 22-24 - Kick-off Weekend (Fri 5:30pm-9pm | Sa/Sun 8:30am-4pm)

June 21-23 - Graduation Weekend

**All absences must be pre-approved as accommodations will need to be made to make up time.**
**Kick-off weekend, Anatomy Weekend, and Graduation weekend will include meeting on that Friday!**
The & Yoga teacher training is designed to teach you how to live yoga. Our program is made for those wanting to dive deeper in the practice, whether to teach others or learn more for their own personal knowledge. It’s a journey in becoming the person you were meant to be: fulfilled and present.

This training is an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the powerful practice of yoga and how to use them to more fully engage with your life. A great yoga teacher shows up as their &’s - as all of themself in all moments. Our teacher training will provide the tools to help you do that. You will be safe, loved, and supported every step of the way on your journey to understand the powerful practice of yoga and how to share it with the world.
