What if I've never done yoga before?

That’s perfect! Yoga is about linking breath to movement - therefore if you can breathe you can do yoga! It’s that simple!

Our classes are designed for all levels and our skilled teachers are trained to work with new practitioners. They’ll be able to walk you through what we’re doing in class.

I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?

Yes, you’re in the right place. Yoga is a practice that is designed for your body and we have plenty of props to help you access each pose in your own way. Each person's poses will look different and understanding the unique capabilities of your own body is a key part of the practice. 

How do I register for class?

You can register right here on our website under the "Schedule" tab or through the MindBody app.

What should I expect for my first class?

For any of our classes you can expect the instructor to guide you through a 60 minute yoga practice specific to the class type(i.e. & Restore, & Hot Vinyasa, etc.). Descriptions of each class type are under the 'classes' tab. For all classes, it is highly encouraged to listen to your own body as you practice - every person's practice is different. Arrive 15 minutes before class starts so that we can orient and welcome you to the space!

What should I bring?

Water, a hand towel, and a yoga mat if you have one. For the heated classes, it is recommended to wear lightweight clothing as you may become sweaty!

Do you have rental mats and/or towels?

Yes! Mat rentals are $3 and towel rentals are $2! Limitless & Members get a 15% discounted rate.

Are all of the classes heated?

Most of our classes are heated (take a look at our class descriptions for temperatures). Stretching warm muscles is easier than stretching cold muscles!

Make sure to drink lots of water after class!

What is the minimum age requirement?

We require that all yogis be at least 14 years of age to attend our classes heated to 90 degrees. Children ages 12 and up may attend, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the studio. For all other classes, children 10 and up may attend accompanied by a parent or guardian.



If you do not properly cancel and you booked with: 
  • A Limitless & Membership, Prepaid Membership, or 30 days for $30 introductory offer: you will be charged a $10 late cancel/no show fee
  • 10 or 20 class package: you will lose that pass instead of being charged a late fee.
  • A drop-in or $5 class pass: you will lose the drop-in pass instead of being charged a late fee

Can I share my classes with someone else?

Life happens, and we understand! Out of respect to other students, our front doors will be locked 5 minutes after class begins. This policy is to ensure the safety of all practitioners, and to allow them to settle into their practice undisturbed. If you do arrive after that time your registration will be refunded to your account so you can return for class another day!  

For Limitless Members: The Limitless & Membership includes 4 guest passes per month! You can use your guest passes on the same person or 4 different people every time you use them. 

How to book a spot for your guest: Booking a guest into a class is not something that can be done through the client version of Mindbody. Our front desk team is happy to assist with any guest bookings in person or via phone call or text! @304-381-5755. When contacting us via phone to book a spot for your friend, please include your first and last name, as well as your guest's. Alternatively, your guest can be signed up by our staff in person by arriving to class early!

**Guests who are signed up are subject to the same late cancel/no show fee policy as the member. If your guest has never been to &Yoga before and does not have a card on file, the credit card under the member's file will be charged a late-cancel/no-show fee per person (i.e., the member and any guests).

For 10/20 class packages: These passes are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

I want to bring a friend. How do I sign them up?

Everyone must create their own MindBody account to attend class. This can be done online, over the phone, or in the studio.

After your guest's account is created, an & Yoga staff member must register your guest for the class. This can be done by coming to the studio early or calling the studio ahead of time.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Do you offer any discounts?

With a valid university student ID, we offer a 25% discount on our monthly membership. **This does not apply to Class Packages.**

Cleanliness and sanitation are high priorities to us; we thoroughly clean the studio on a regular basis. We request that all clients remove their shoes when in the studio space to preserve a clean environment.

In accordance with Monongalia County and Morgantown regulations, masks are not required. With that being said, we want to encourage each person to do what feels right for them and welcome masks to be worn.

If you are feeling unwell, then please do not come to yoga. Our teachers and staff will do the same!

All of our shared props are disinfected after use, and you are welcome to bring your own props if that is preferred.

What is class capacity and the waitlist policy?

Our room is capped at a fixed number of students that can practice in our yoga room safely. To ensure this number stays in effect Mindbody automatically creates a waitlist for anyone signed up (online, on the app, or in studio) after we hit maximum capacity of 42 people.

Reserved spots that are unfilled 5 minutes before class starts will be given to those on the waitlist at a first come first served basis. To ensure that you keep your spot, please arrive more than 5 minutes before class begins.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

You can request to cancel your membership by emailing hello@andyogawv.com, or by clicking to cancel in your Mindbody account online or in the Mindbody app. If you need to take a short break (1-4 months) from your regular yoga schedule due to an injury, trip, or other reason, we can suspend your account. Suspending your account temporarily freezes your membership and reschedules your monthly payment to resume when the suspension is over. Scroll to the bottom of this page for more information on how to do either of these things!

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

Please email hello@andyogawv.com to request cancelling or temporarily suspending your auto-renew Limitless & Membership. We require a 30 day cancellation notice. If you need to take a short break (1-4 months) from your regular yoga schedule due to an injury, trip, or other reason, we can suspend your account. Suspending your account temporarily freezes your membership and reschedules your monthly payment to resume when the suspension is over. 

How do you maintain a clean space?

Can I share my class package passes with a friend?

Class passes for any class package are non-transferable

What is &Yoga's refund policy? 

When a member of our team has made a mistake, we will issue a refund upon request via email. When a refund is requested for a personal reason that is unrelated to our studio's operations or team, such as moving out of the area, meaning to but not cancelling your membership before it automatically renews, not making it to a class, or any other personal reason unrelated to &Yoga's capabilities, a refund is not warranted. When a refund request is approved by our team, if the refund is for a class pass of any kind, the pass will be returned to your account for future use.

What if I cannot make it to class anymore/how do I cancel my booking?

If you cannot make it to the class that you signed up for, please cancel at least two hours before the class begins to ensure all students who want a spot in the class will be able to participate. Your class bookings can be managed within the Mindbody app, or by logging into your Mindbody account online. To visit Mindbody online, please visit our 'schedule' tab and click 'my account' in the top right corner. When you cancel at least two hours ahead of time, the pass that you used to book a spot will be automatically returned to your account and can be used to book a class in the future! This pass can be viewed in your Mindbody account.

Are there any additional benefits to my Limitless & Membership?

When booking a specialty class or workshop, or when renting a yoga mat or a towel, a 15% discount is applied for all of our members! Additionally, all members have four guest passes per month that can be used on one or several different friends; all at once or on different days!
