Spending time outdoors with my dog & my person. Moving my body. Live music. Any body of water. Traveling. Time with friends & family. Watching others succeed. Not taking things so seriously all the time

I started yoga as a way to challenge myself while living with type 1 diabetes. I quickly fell in love with the new ways to move my body and support my mind through yoga. It became a positive tool in managing the physical & mental symptoms of my diabetes, and in quieting the noise of everyday life.

It allows me to have fun, show up more intentionally, and build strength physically while giving me space to reset mentally. I also believe mobility & strength are lifelong investments that help us keep doing what we love as we grow older. Yoga is a way to care for both my present self & my future self

Gypsy – by Fleetwood Mac    Break Free, Rolling Stone – by Susto
