I found yoga during a time of transition in my life after stepping away from gymnastics and starting college. i was looking for something grounding and personal, and i instantly fell in love with the repetition, rhythm, and learning new poses within the practice. it quickly became a space where i could reconnect with myself. 



i do yoga because it gives me a space to step away from everything else and just be present. it helps me slow down, reconnect with myself, and find balance when life feels overwhelming. yoga keeps me grounded and brings me back to what matters, both physically and mentally. it’s something i can rely on no matter what kind of day i’m having.
