Going to concerts, sweet treats, belly laughs with friends, my cats being goofy, hugs, traveling, spending time outside, and the feeling you get right after you solve a tough problem (that's been bugging you for ages)

I spent the first 16 years of my life expressing myself through dance. After I lost that spark, I struggled to connect to my mind and understand my body, and I dealt with a lot of anxiety. Stepping into the studio allowed me to reclaim my love of movement, set healthy boundaries for my body and mind, and find a community of like-minded people with shared values. 

To intentionally set time in my day to disconnect with the outside world and reflect inward. Yoga helps me build consistency in an otherwise inconsistent, chaotic world
