I've always been interested in philosophy and alternatives to modern medicine/lifestyles. I started practicing yoga about 10 years ago, and found that regular practice helped me to unlock peace of mind, improved how my body felt, and provided an opportunity for me to be a lifelong student. With yoga...there is always more to learn!
I do yoga to deepen my understanding of self and others, to generate light and love, and to be able to share that light and love with others.
