&Prenatal yoga

Prenatal yoga is a type of vinyasa yoga designed especially for the pregnant, changing body. It is a gentle style that links controlled breathing with flowing, synchronized movement. Prenatal yoga can help to alleviate some of the common discomforts of pregnancy, to build stamina for managing labor, and to provide the birthing person an opportunity to connect with other pregnant parents. Prenatal yoga classes are typically suitable for people at all levels of practice and in all stages of pregnancy, from the early weeks through the third trimester. It is generally recommended that those who are pregnant consult with their healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.

Baby & Me yoga is a great way to ease back into exercise while connecting both emotionally and physically with your baby. The intention in this class is for mom to have time to connect with her own body while also creating a space to connect with baby. Our hope is that you will take the poses and breathing you learn in class home and continue to connect with your body and baby throughout the week.

Any parent wanting to bond with their baby!
