Fall is a time for change, it’s a time for the old to shed away and the new to start! The challenge we face as humans is that our minds don’t want things to change. We know the way things are are ok! Change can be scary because we don’t know what the future holds when things changes.
Each week in this challenge we will focus on a topic (in our yoga classes and in yoga philosophy) that helps us powerfully move through change - because the great part of change is that we are open to the next big things!

WORKSHOP = 50 YARDS
COMMUNITY CONVERSATION = 100 YARDS
Participants all receive a prize at the end. The top 3 scorers will receive an EXTRA prize awarded at the end of the challenge!
